"pre-gamin' it"

so, croatia, huh?
yeah, thats about right, in less than three months i will be boarding a plane, dressed in my fabulous rotary blazer, emotions so crazy youd think i was i about to leave my family, my friends, my house, my entire life, to live in a whole new country for a year. which i mean, thats kinda, well, completely accurate, right? yep, it sure is.

well, now that thats out of the way, i suppose we can get the deets.

hey! im dorothy schaadt, 16 years old and about to be a rotary youth exchange student in zagreb, croatia.
currently i live in a tiny little town in western central pennsylvania. my lifes exciting already, i know it. i go to a private catholic school, and yes, we do wear cute little uniforms, go ahead and giggle. im a big bad sophomore, which mean ill be an even bigger and badder junior at my new school, XVI. gimnazija.. ah those words just make me so excited!

okay, okay, enough. back to the basics.

i live with both my parents and my older brother, my kitty, and a few chickens as well. [: i have the best friends anyone could ask for, and seriously, leaving them behind, so hard!
im pretty into music and art. you know, live shows, singing, drawing. going out, having a good time, facebook, sheetz french fries, flip flops, postsecret. the usual teenager stuff.

i suppose this is sufficient for a 'hey, this is me, stalk my page' opening post. ill try to keep it updated, we'll see how that goes.
